★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mini vodafone store. Location is good. Service was prompt. Basic amenities like automatic bill payment machine, recharge option, mobile recharge points, entertainment gadgets, free Wi-Fi , drinking water, seating chair and AC are available here.

Such a prompt and efficient service that I was out of Store within less than 5 minutes after all the formalities and new SIM in my hand. The staff also is very Courteous/ helpfull and prompt in service. Really an amazing experience. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to vodafone store and meet priya ma'am i told priya ma'am, ma'am this sim is to convert old sim to 4G. Priya I am saying that sir this sim will convert to postpaid. Now tell me I wanted prepaid, what's the problem with postpaid again?
Then I talked to the customer care, then I told us that ma'am take this, you talk. I am saying what should I talk about?
Very poor customer service as they try to cross selling instead of help @ this outlet..

They are unable to gave me a replacement SIM for my own old defective SIM, instead of giving SIM they are selling me the Postpaid connection at Vi stores (visited 3 Vi stores). Further I talked about this issue with customer care helpline and also emailed to customer care several times but they are always like, " sir we can't do that from here, you have to visit the nearest Vi store, they will definitely gave you the replacement SIM." Finally I can't get the SIM. This issue is very serious as many other unsatisfied customers like me gave same reviews.
