★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self Ganesh Mirajkar visited to Vodafone gallery mira road just beside this we have one store who sales Vodafone new line advised by Vodafone gallery representative forgot his name mukesh or mangesh actually i visited for nri usage new connection and to this store we have one person called badrinath who is full connect by Vodafone gallery staff as mentioned he is maharastrian guy slim sitting on just on right once in enter in gallery. He chiting with NRI costomer what happened is is ask me to pay 500 rupees for new connection and after 2 days I have to recharge my card after 2days just to get balance and validity. Without having any knowledge I paid 500 rupees and got the new sim card as per badrinath it will be activated in 1hr but unfortunately it took 3days to activate my card when I visited to malad gallery which in near by liberty garden onne of representiv she said why you have paid 500 Rupees she was so surprised and said card cost is just 5 rupees and she asked me to go back to that Vodafone store.
for the same issue I was really tied bacause I wanted this card to be active asap due to my work load in back abroad. Finally I visited to that gallery and asked for the same why my card is still not active he went out of and I saw this guy called the same guy who seating in vodafone gallery this money was just stolen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience...they take a 300 rupees...for recharge for new prepaid sim...and sended only 197 rupees recharge...stolen 103 rupees also 100 rupees as a processing...and 35 rupees for sim...wich is only 5 rupees sim...i am a 12 year old vodadone customer...earlyer i am switch to another network...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ppl seemed friendly and trustworthy however I was charged for services which are supposedly free. The guy did not agree that he was overcharging and not willing to talk to clarify with customer care.
Lessons learnt:
* Avoid mini stores as much as possible, use it only for small task like recharge or better still do that too online or via apps.
* Always ask for bill/receipt of payment (needed when they outright tell you to raise an issue with Appellate).
* Avoid cash payments or paying to a gpay etc that is not Vodafone's when your not sure of the charges, since there could be a possibility of being overcharged.
* It is always be better to call the postpaid/prepaid customer care service to get a better understanding of charges before going to any store (especially mini stores like this one that does not give a bill or receipt)
