I visited at Dhamankarnaka Bhiwandi located Vodafone Gallery on 27 Jan 2018 for Port my SIM Airtel into Vodafone but staff has denied to port.They told me we are unable to port. If you want port into postpaid then it is possible otherwise we can't port in Prepaid.
What a rubbish .... First of all i wanted to make a customer of Vodafone who is usser of airtel from last 10 years. They lost a customer...second thinks they don't care of customers ..they don't have professional attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst AIR CONDITIONING system. Good decoration. Unpleasant behaviour of staff. Very slow in working. I hope it improves in every aspect or else wait to lose your prime customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I might not be able to express myself in words...but my experience was truly out of the world... Superb handling of customer's issues...l want to appreciate the effort taken by the entire staff & specially Mr.Aamir Momin for hearing my problem & assuring me to solve it...he took the effort in reaching me at my residence in the evening after office hours... fully drenched in rain but with a smile...he delivered me the SIM cards which I required so desperately...& let me add that it's the first time in the last 17 years of using Vodafone I came across such a person...I request Vodafone to take a note of it & appreciate him from their end too... Thanks Aamir... God bless...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I'll PORT my network instead of visiting this store. This guys would kick you out if u visit store after 06:40 p.m. bcz they shut down at 7pm and so they start packup at 6:40pm. Vi has good network with worst customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst network ever .. i would suggest anyone not to buy it .. totally waste of money they just take ur money and provide no network for you to recieve calls or send messages even for emergency .. the call line is poor you cant talk with anyone properly even for a minute ( the call breaks so much due to lack of network ).. i changed from vodafone to airtel ?
Vi store in city centre ,near dhamankar naka is aslo wrost.Don't visit here.
