★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After moving to Canada Vois IPTV was the only medium to stay connected to my homeland. I enjoy my favorite India TV shows without any technical glitch. Vois is the IPTV box to go for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don not buy any service from this company I just bought a internet tv service and after a year they upgraded there software mine was working fine day before after changing the internet provider this company asking for $100 for fixing all this when I bought the service this company was saying free for whole life no fee there is no problem in the box was working fine on the name box making money be aware of this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very bad indian company sitting in india doing business in canada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Ever. If I had an option of giving them 0 star would have totally done that. Working in customer service business yet no respect and value of the customer. They do need some teaching lessons on what customer service is all about. Customer service rep mentioned "we don't tell negative things to our customers when we are selling the product, no company does" couldn't even believe he actually said that. I honestly doubt their way/strategies of running their business. They are just there to hoard money and deceive customers. If you ask for call back- forget about it, they don't care about customers and yes they do have a complaint line but no one picks up the call- so don't even waste your time.
Had I known, would have never picked them for services.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. Companies Like these should be banned in Canada as they can't even meet the minimum standards of Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no rating such as a "zero" otherwise they deserve it. The IPTV service appeals good for first time but it is absolutely junk. These guys fool around the customers by saying that the service is lifetime for a particular amount of fee. But it is not lifetime actually. They shut it down on pupose and then make lame excuses that the box is damaged or the software is gone corrupt and now you need to pay to get it fixed. This is actually the story of each and every customer of theirs. So, guys please don't fall prey to them. Think before you buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much impressed with the services of VOIS IPTV from day one onwards when I bought it in 2014. The customer service team offer very good services in different languages like English, Hindi, Punjabi, etc. I was not much fluent in English and was very hesitant to ask a doubt regarding a particular function of set top box. Much to my relief, the customer support team member who answered my call recognized my stammering and stuttering in English, and offered to change the conversation to Hindi, which I was very much comfortable with. He cleared my doubts right away and explained in detail about the functioning of the set top box. I greatly appreciate their services and would surely recommend VOIS IPTV to my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying the IPTV box from Tashan in 2012, my life became fun-filled. I never faced any issue with the box. I got a call from the sales representative last year and he offered me a new set-top box. I decided to buy the new set-top box and got the discount for being an early buyer. This new stuff is pretty cool. It’s fast and equipped with lots of new features.

They provide a Bollywood library with a huge collection of old and new movies for free, which is what caught my attention at the first instance. Further, they update their latest movie list on a weekly basis that you never miss out watching new movies. Another interesting feature is the Personal Video Recorder option which they provide with the set top box which is very much beneficial for subscribers like me who has a busy work schedule. Previously I used to miss my favorite TV shows owing to the professional commitments. But now I am happy that I can record it and watch it later with this feature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is now more than two years since I have been a subscriber of VOIS IPTV, and I am quite pleased with the customer support they provide on a 24x7 basis. What is more impressive about their service is that it is available in many languages like English, Hindi, Punjabi, etc. They are very friendly and polite, and always there for you in need. I was facing an issue during the transmission of my favorite program and when I called them, they responded immediately and fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend their service to all my friends.
