- MINUS STARS but Without star review want be posted :( When I have completed my post graduations Its my dream to join Volansys. I had tried to apply for Intership 2015 but want get an chance to enroll. I have done intership from some where else. Than after I had tried to join as an PHP developer at that time they unfortunately they don't have an requirement. So I had joined some where else.After competing 6 months I had again applied told that we require more experience for this profile. 2+ years of experience and they even have an opening for that position I had tried again. After applying called so many times to get atleast in an Interview but they have told me that you are not short listed on call. Again after some months I had applied for the open position they told that you are late to apply we had not updated the career page the position is filled. I had told the from the starting of my career I am applying to Volansys would like to join please do needful. Hr told that would go through your profile again and let you know as soon as possible. After two or three days again I had called Hr told we would inform you for an interview I am happy and started more preparation to crack the Interview. after a day I had called again and asked for the concern Hr for an Interview confirmation email. And they reply that we dont have right now opening.I fill what is this ! Seems that HR is playing with the employee. Still I am happy and change my mind to understand that would try after some months and join a reputed company. After 3 Years , again there is an opening I had applied directly but dont get any response from the company In a mean while I had got a email from some consultancy I had forwarded my Cv and applied. So now Volansys is been pinged by Consultancy also :) After a day Volansys HR had called me and said that we have got your CV on our mail id. (I understand that they need to wave the fees of consultancy thats why they are saying like this) I said yes and ask me when can you come for an Interview I had discuss the date and time. I am again Happy to go for an Interview at volansys. Interview is been scheduled being an experience person even though I had prepared for an Interview 2 persons had taken my Interview. Interview is been completed done with some small practical round too they have told me ok HR WOULD DISCUSS WITH YOU FOR FURTHER SLARY ROUND. After that I have an Interaction with HR and told that CEO is not there he is abroad. You would have an another Final round of skype call with the CEO we would let you know the time. I said ok and leaved. After a day I had made a followup call the concern HR is not there call after some time. After a time also I had call they have given me the same reason I said hold on and pass the message to give me the update to concern HR after a while the concern HR had called me She is little Harsh and told me that you are not been sleceted I said pardon, can you please tell me the reason she again told me that you are REJECTED and don't have any reason to justify. THIS WAS THE TOTAL TIME WASTE HR COMPLETELY PLAYING WITH EMPLOYESS. Thinking Volansys as a good company but I am totally wrong. NEVER EVER TRY TO GO WITH VOLANSYS THEY WOULD PLAY WITH YOU AND YOU WOULD NOT UNDERSTAND.

Volansys management in this company is bad Because I was interviewed in such a round and Volansys have Not Any Update , I Call HR Jaini Patel She Said Me Junior Position Vacancy Process is Hold, If you Not Need to take a candidate for a junior position then Why Schedule Interview and worst a Time of Candidate So, Volansys Management are Not Professional and And Management expect his Employees are Professional. It is Totally Worst Company

Extremely disappointed with Volansys team coordination. Indeed improvement in time management and communication skills.

Worst interview experience ever. Extremely disappointed with Volansys management team. They kept my offer on hold for about 15 days and then also negotiated with me on salary even after approving and suddenly after 10 days they reject and say we are going ahead with a different candidate. This is not professional behaviour. They don't mention your salary on offer letter too. HR gives you no updates also. Sometimes they say we are going ahead and after few days they just reject you. I would not suggest anybody to join here. I had already seen so many reviews regarding poor management and now I have also faced it. DO NOT JOIN VOLANSYS. I'm glad I haven't re-signed.

Great company to work, great atmosphere where you can grow till the sky. Great culture where you can manage your personal and professional life easily. I would highly recommend this company if you want to work in IOT.
