★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from voler cars. I have booked a ford EcoSport 2 weeks before for my Gokarna trip on July 17 10.30pm. we have packed all our stuffs and ready for the trip and waiting for the car but a few hours back before the trip they cancelled our booking by saying that the car is totalled and they didn't even arranged us a spare car and now according to their policy they told us that the refund will be initiated within 15 working days but still after 1 month the refund is not yet initiated saying that they are having teachnical issue, bank server problem, system upgradation. The people who are handling customer care service are so rude. Who says everytime that the refund will be initiated within 2 days(keep on saying the same thing everytime)
Refund from voler cars is still a dream for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever I got, I had a booking in November 2019 which was cancelled by Volercars saying they got the car damaged and they denied to give any alternate car also. And I'm behind them for my refund from last 2 months. Their Customer care is temporarily unavailable from more than one month. They have some problem with their payment gateway from more than 2 months.
Don't know whether I'll get my refund ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience anyone one could have with Voler , they dont deserve 1 star as well.
Kindly do not go for this as they are very unprofessional and do not have basic ethics to even talk. They are very money minded. Talks about discount initially and have lots of hidden charges.
First a fall they did not send the Car on time and delayed it by 4 hours and then said no refund . They did not compensate for the late hours as well and asked us to be back at the same time which we had booked.
Moreover u cannot enjoy the drive as they charge for every time you go over 100 speed which is very annoying for a driver .
Guys I strongly recommend not to go with Voler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company full of frauds who wont will cancel the booking and not even refund the amount.
Team with shameless people including the founder who has no guts to even look into an escalated matter.
Customer care - Never reachable on call
Email Support - Fixed set of lies they will have in place giving you dates till month once the booking is canceled.
I wish there was a (-100 )star rating , would love to give that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unethical and pathetic car rental provider in the city. We had to cancel the booking and waiting for the refund for past 3 months. Whenever we asked for refund, they will tell there is some issue with their system. If we called for booking their systems are fine. Beware before booking with them. Once your money goes into their hands, it will never return. They will keep on extending the complaint stating that the issue will be resolved in next 2 days but it never get resolved. Don't ever trust these people. Go for some other rental providers. Now I have to file complaint against them in consumer court to get back the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voler Cars has one of the best refund policy in the industry!!!. They claim in case of booking cancellation they will refund the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation charges within max 10- 15 working days.
But even after "22 working days" they are still in the process of refunding my amount(~7000). Every time when I call their customer care I get different answers. Once they say refund is initiated and I will get it in another 1 or 2 days which in any case will not happen. Again if I call them they will say its not initiated and they will promise to refund by end of week and this goes in infinite loop.
I have called their customer care so many times that I have spoken to all of their customer support team at least once.
Please Voler car understand people have other work and calling your customer care to get refund is not the only job we have.
Please refund my amount!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal request to all that please do not select any services of Voler cars as these guys are harassing people and their employees are literally doing fraud with the vendors and customers. Their mission to avail the services and not making the payments for so many vendors. There are many people who have joined Voler but they have not received their salaries from last 3-4 months.
Please be aware of Mr. Vivek Gupta and Mr. Sachin Punni who are master mind to attack on customers and vendors pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in renting a car, I took Innova crysta AT for a week (Bengaluru)and they gave me the car with all four tyres in bad condition and the spare was already punctured. One of the tyre was of different profile and resulted in unstability over 60km per hour.
I had to buy two used tyres for my return journey , the excuse the management gave while returning the car was the staff may not have checked the car before delivering. Interestingly two tyres had visible steel threads outside (inner) and they have beven noticed it.
I spent half day from my vacation fixing this car ,got the tyre rotation, alignment etc done and talking Voler support to know what to do with car and I had take my decision to buy used tyres since they were making me wait at the workshop without giving proper instructions and let them reimburse the money later ,which took a month or so.
It could be dangerous renting car from Voler Cars in my opinion. They have no responsibility , we won't even know the kind of car they they would give, it would look okay in your assessment.
In addition lots of glitched in their app and portal, making it difficult to book, I won't be using it anymore though.
Also I see that they have added some fake reviews 5 stars here last couple of days .
