★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is inside and road to reach there is quite not good. Only one service center in Ahmedabad. Volkswagen needs more service centers in cities apart from ahmedabad. They have seating area for the customers. Overall Ok experience.

I had given my car to Volkswagen workshop for service and when I drive the car in 40 to 60 speed,there was a sound, The advisor had committed to me that you will get your car by tomorrow.
But my car remained in the workshop for 3 days and my car was delivered to me on the 4th day around 12 or 12:30 AM in the midnight,whatever was my complaint, it also did not solved
I did not expect such poor service quality from Volkswagen auto-mark
So this is how Volkswagen Auto Mark is providing service to its existing customer.

Location is a joke.
Location summary (In summer or winter you are in desert - In monsoon you are in river)
Lack of promptness. Broken chairs at reception, open wiring, eroded and torn carpets.
Every stage from front desk to last stage of car station lack of coordination.

I booked an appointment for general service of my car, when I reached at center they couldn't find the appointment and they mentioned come tomorrow early morning and I confirmed the same twice. Next day, again they couldn't find the appointment... I waited for half an hour and then the person arrived and booked my appointment.
After few minutes they assigned an executive to check my car.
Executive has spent around 2 min and told me multiple faults like Air coolant is leaking, engine is also leaking, engine valves are not working and gave estimated cost of 1 to 1.2 LAC!!!!!!!!
and he mentioned that if you are ready to pay such amount then only he will check in detail.
I was completely shocked!!!!
Then I went for 3 different non Volkswagen vendor for paid complete car inspection..
They each spent around 1 and half hour for car inspection.. and got my car inspected thrice, surprisingly, all three of them could not find any of the above mentioned issues and shared same list of minor fixes and estimated around 20-25K including complete service.
