★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workshop is good... Employs are very good to help. Work is great am satisfyd with working proccess. But Place is lookin like old constructed building so i think it will be refurnished and repainted and recontruct the front side of workshop boundry...around the workshop area was so much crowded and trafficefull very noisey atmosphare around there... No parking area outside of workshop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a truest review for Volkswagen Narol Workshop.
I had to get a first service of my Vento car as it was due and I had received the call from the workshop for the same too. I asked them to call me back later as I was stuck in some work but never received a call from them anytime soon.
About a week later I got the same call that the service was due but this time I requested them to inform me about the yearly packages for servicing. I was put on hold but nobody replied back.
I called on the same number the following day for the same but once again was put on hold for infinity.
In two more such incidances, I asked for the technical consultant but was asked to wait as they would call me back as the consultants were in the workshop area. For which I never got a positive response from them.
I had to visit the workshop today morning as I wasn't getting any response, so I called the number they listed on Google search but once again was put on hold. The receptionist denied that since there is only one consultant present today I can't meet him because he had asked for no walk in to be attended.
I had to insist her to let me talk to a senior (Mr. Raj, at the front desk), who wasn't ready to hear a customer greviance standing right in front of him as he was doing some paperwork (while he asked the receptionist to inform me that it's not his responsibility if the paperwork isn't over).
It was highly disappointing as a customer to be neglected in such a manner.
I would like the HR team to address the situation and appreciate a response soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy having visited here. Overall experience was nice which makes me feel that my car was in right hands. I will check it for few days as the serving was done today - Nov 25 2018. Thanks to the service manager Shri Trivedi who interacted. He ensured that timely delivery happens. Honestly the car wash was best ever done. I will revisit my this particular review after few days. If i dont modify means it was perfectly carried out to my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are more interested in replacing the parts rather than listening to your exact complaints. Their service advisors are incompetent of understanding the issues and thus cannot fix the same. Even though this is only authorized service center for VW, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) While giving the estimate they said main service includes alignment and balancing and no extra cost will have to be paid by me. Later on they charged me with 158 rupees.amount may be small but i asked them for the estimate two times during the day but they never mentioned this.
2) They asked me if i wanted to get the interiors washed and cleaned properly but will be charged 1200 rupees and i said YES. While receiving the car, the condition of the interior cleaning was not even normal as I got the last time when i didn’t get the interiors cleaned.
This time around there were lot of patches of polish on front seat, rear seat, door handles, dashboard, and even on the outside there were hell lot of patches of polish. There was lot of dust inside as if no has bothered to clean it even once also fully. The whole amount of 1200 rupees was bluff.
3) For alignment and balancing purpose, they called me in the evening and said there was some problem while driving so it will take time as we are testing and when i forced them to give me the car at any cost the same day, i was surprised that apart from the distance from my home to their workshop and vice versa, they ride my car for more then 50 kilometres extra.I don’t know if alignment and balancing problem requires one to drive so many kilometres. I have no idea why they did this.
4) While the car was about to leave from the workshop in the evening, they called me and said that the diesel level is low so they will put 500 rupees diesel and i agreed as i knew it was less while they took away in the morning . When I received the car, i was surprised to see that there was hardly any fuel in the tank as meter was showing only last half point. This car(ameo) is not that big that it has a fuel tank capacity of 70-80 litres. Big lie.
I guess this post helps others to take decisions based on other customers experience.I definitely know that the showroom company authorities will be least bothered about the reviews and their customers because if they were concerned than this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.
This is totally personal experience which other might have not felt/dealt with.
