★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to stand there in workshop and get the work done in front of you else they won't service, repair it and gave you the car as it is.
I made them change oil and filter in front of me so they did it and due to lich time I moved away from there for a while and they didn't done wheel balancing and alignment and gave me my car as it is and charged for that too. The other day when I went there to get it done they said that machine is not working and mechanic tool car for test drive and was saying that it is working fine but in actual it is not. Worst service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services, post car delivery services are close to zero, they will always delay complaints till the warranty expires. If someone is planning a VW never purchase from automark they are just making fool out of the customers. Automark is spoiling the name of VW in North India. Very bad experience. Even the management is very bad, people sitting in cabins are just giving false promises. None of them are helpful. Even worse than maruti. I know this before hand someone from the customer service will drop an email ID but i have tried that too but nothing works with Automark VW.
