Otherwise I don’t want to go there.

They can change your original parts....also be awair of hidden charges, which is mostly they people are add with service cost.
Cust.care executive Nishad, manager Sanjeev Goswami and advisor Arjun....
If vw noticing this review then pls terminate to all of them, they all are unprofestional and criminal mind persons.
Arjun abused with me many times and Nishad said " Yaha se apko takleef hai to kahi aur le jao apni car".
I'll surely highlight this matter to VW Germany and in front of media also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve recently become a part of the VW family and happened to visit their service centre for the first time. It’s a state of the art workshop and you would expect nothing less from VW group. The staff is very understanding and polite. I had the liberty to watch the job being carried out on my SUV and I was able to further explain the issue in detail to the mechanic who again was very understanding and finished the work in no time. The customer waiting lounge is also very nice. The car was delivered back to me before the promised time. Special mention to their service advisor Mr. Santok ji who was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you again Tanya cars and VW Jaipur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is ok, staff is polite, but service centre is not so big, sometimes there is long line of cars for washing and as space is narrow, there is always problem of moving the cars and risk of damaging own car and other as well. Otherwise everything is fine just like regular car service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the Centre is Very Much Unprofessional & Money Minded. No Support to Customer at All and Technicians Not Experienced at all As My Problem of Steering Hard & Suspension Noise not Resolved even after 3 Visits. Parts Damaged in Workshop are Rejected for Liability by Staff later You need to Pay for them Too.
I have visited this workshop 2 Times Service & 1 Time Body Repair and I deeply regret my decision. This is my Last visit and I would suggest for Visiting Newly Opened Jhotwara Service Center. I hope services there will be customer oriented.
