★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to take their service, but one of my friend had a bad experience from them, they were misguiding her all the time, and even after 4weeks of time, her ac was not fixed. Such service center needs to be closed, who disrespects their customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They don't have any manners. I would suggest don't go with them I never give review like this to anyone but they seriously deserve this. They will charge you extra for installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words won't be enough to express the pain I have had , after taking their service. In summers my ac was creating problem, and I visited Voltas website for assistance. They assigned me this local Voltas service center, 3 times engineers we're assigned but didn't visit. Then I called their owner, and after 2 days he sent a guy, who than told that problem is in Blower(ac part). He took my ac's blower with him, to buy new one. And I was calling regularly to them to know what is the status. After 2 weeks they actually ordered the blower ( which should have been ordered before ) and then they regularly ignored my calls. I finally gave up on them after 4 weeks. Now my ac's blower which was taken by their technician, he has not sent it back to me, he has also taken one week now.
How can a service like this still be running. How can a company like VOLTAS has such a bad service.
Disappointed
That too in extream summer. ??
