In this period of crisis these guys are trying to churn out money from customers. My outdoor unit was not working and their technician came, did nothing to the unit and said the motor is damaged we have to shell out 5000 for the same. Smelling something foul we told the technician we don't want to replace the motor. Today we got another technician who just push the fan and it started working.
Highly disappointed and shocked.
