I have been without an operating ac for a few days now. I called the company and was referred by Voltas to their service center in Mathura. I tried numerous times to reach them. They kept telling me that they would be at my place tomorrow and then it was again tomorrow. They finally showed up. I had a simple issue , I needed coolant. The tech came and said yes you need coolant. I will be back in 3 days.I called his manager he never answered. Then I called Voltas company and they also did not resolve the issue. I ended up having to call a private company to fix my issues. Even tho I was under warranty I had to pay another company to fix! this is unacceptable
