Reasons they give when we face internet problems
1. Apka router kharab hi
2. Apko raatko net band karna chaiye toh subha ayega which is ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vortex only giving Payment Advice and not giving Invoice. Mistakenly 1 yr plan taken, requested to do monthly billing, not doing it and cut the connection. Also not giving the existing payment Invoice. Very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I couldn't find any service as bad as MTNL, but vortex netsol is right up there to compete with MTNL. It disconnects more than any other ISP, the service is bad, they say they are tending to it but nothing happens and the internet will soon disconnect again. Don't opt for this ISP as it is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any service ever.
The unprofessionalism in the customer service in unbelievable. They don't take their work seriously and think that 'backend problem' is the answer to every problem and that we should understand if there is a backend problem. The internet connection is persisting since 2-3 months now and there has been no effort in rectifying that.
They don't even reply to customer complaint emails, no effort in trying to solve our problem. Very unsatisfied with Internet Connection, Connection Speed, Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always there is network issue many time it got disconnected, and whenever we call for issue stating today we are facing latency. And most worst part is speed, having plan for 100 mbps getting speed only 50 to 80 in between. And if the person comes to visit he will only check speed rather than he not interested to checks the connections.

If you are in Majiwada and have bought this through Seven Seas Broadband (Lodha Paradise, Rustomjee, Luxuria Customers) then you have to know the only troible shooting or in a way excuses they will say is... your Router is on 24x7. With all their suggestions in place... the network is worst. You pay 500/- for a 50 mbps connection and most of the time its down. BEWARE OF DOING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS/ INTERNET BANKING WHILE USING THIS NET CONNECTION.
Strongly suggest to avoid such service providers.. This goes for Vortex Netsol / Seven Seas Broadband
