★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a wrong perception that all government employees don’t do their work. Staffs here are cooperative and do their work in a procedural manner. I think what lacks is the gap between required information which needs to be furnished by the applicant and unavailability of paper which hinders the employees to execute their works. More emphasis could be laid on IEC to aware and educate the public.
