We have received bike also after 4 to 6 months after booking no response from Voyage Motors for any update
Know today we have come for Delivery of bike from 12.10 pm still not delivered to US

β β β β β It's excellent experience working here. great support and help is provided by RE staff. Re staff is very proactive and shares all the required information with the customer. Technical staff is well trained and having good skill set. Service manager (Sanjana) is very dynamic manager. She is very supportive. She always leads from front and ready to support any time....

β β β β β A Royal Enfield Authorised workshop. For your bullets which need to be kept up to date. Good skilled mechanics with friendly staff also has a decent waiting room lounge section.

β β β β β First all while purchasing the bike Royal Enfield says that the first service which takes place either after riding 500 km or after 45 days whichever comes first is FREE. But I was charged Rs.1300/- for the first service which is absolutely ridiculous.
Secondly there was a stain/mark on the front fender which wasn't present before the servicing. The stain appeared only after the servicing. I asked for it to be clean. My bike color was Gunmetal. By trying to do so they used pertol to remove the stain on the bike which smudged the entire color on the fender. As the service center should know you cannot use petrol to clean a stain on gunmetal color it washes off the entire color.
After my bike was washed I checked it but it was still not cleant properly at the back. Leading to which I had asked them to clean it properly but they put it on deaf ears and did not listen at all.
I have proof of the above points and I am posting pictures regarding the same.
Hopefully this helps others going to this service center to think 10 times before servicing their bike here.

β β β β β Had an excellent experience here with my bike service Classic 500. The attendant Mr.Akash was absolutely professional and super efficient in the way he handled my service experience. He was kind, polite, and extremely professional in the way he explained all the work that would be done on my bike. He delivered it on time and so far the bike is running excellent. RE must promote him because it's people like him who make the Brand iconic

β β β β β The bike was given for service and the key was broken by machanic mistake and I was been charged for the same and the adviciory (Kiran)had given me the faulty news of the lock failure which was not mentioned while preparing initial job card and lock was in a proper condition. To hide the mistake of their workers they charge from their customers and later on the advicer (Kiran) accepted his mechanic mistake when there was an argument and offered dublicate key preparation. It was completely their fault and still I was been charged for the lock replacement. I would not recommend this to any one.

β β β β β Fantabulous service by Mr Govind Khatri (workshop manager) ,many concerns and issues related to my both bikes (interceptor and continental 535) were personally handle by himself.
Mr Govind knows how to handle clients, crisp indepth knowledge about functioning of the workshop and majorly his inperson troubleshooting made my day to the work shop a smiling and a satisfactory visit.
Hoping for the same support in future too..!
