★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project commenced 6 years vefire abd cobtinuing endkessky. Compromise in every aspect of Cibstruction. Amenities are not at all as oer Briycher. Deviations in construction. Collected 100% from mire than 80 flat owners but till now wirk us goibg in. Basic common facilities like Left, Water, GVMC Water, Fire system, Emergency Exit, CC TV cicerage, Intercom Coverage all are on paper but no timeline given by builder just excyse after excuse only. Amenities abd oarking collected amount separately but has not even provided 59% of them. Builder and flat owners had many meeting in which only assurances but wirk us going on as oer Buikders wish deviating what has been promised to Flat iwners at the time if Pyrchase abd akso after purchase. Buyers to ensure written confirmation before buying otherwise it is like what is happening to us...just begging Builder believing that he will fulfill promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amenities are not provided as promised, it was long project and it is still getting constructed. No ventilation in parking lot. During rain season situation will be very horrible. Overall this is not at a spacious gated community as shown in Boucher/ advertisements.
