I spoke with Mr. Hemant Kohli, he was very polite on call, explained about the prices to be clear before making a trip to their store.
This is what makes a business better with polite managers. I have faced a lot of harsh calls while trying to find what I need. I will be visiting their store with my senior to make a purchase very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got some trays packed for wedding trousseau recently. Brilliant packing. An amazing range of ideas and stuff to chose from. Packing done very creatively and very quickly. We went to Lajpat Nagar full of trepidation that the place might be operating out of a kiosk or a small shop at a congested place at best (which in pandemic times is a nightmare). We were pleasantly surprised to find quite a spacious shop very conveniently located which immediately put us at ease. Fantastic place for all types of gift packaging. Highly recommended.

One incidence that I didn't liked at all was when I told them that we want to purchase some material from them rather than getting packed by them. He increased the price of that flower by 20%. What the hell? Sad to see such a money making attitude.
Telling it's a lie, will not make it a fake review. Good to hear that you fear Karma.
Learn to accept negative review and grow from there.
