When we go to Diagnostics centre, we are already nervous that something might be wrong but the way staff calm you down and give you confidence is really good. Staff treats customers really well and even at the time of COVID 2nd wave, they were working endless hours. 5 star recommendation always.

All the facilities are available. The pathology facilities are top notch. One of the best Diagnostic Centre in Delhi NCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lab center in vaishali ghaziabad is in very sorry state very filthy,ceiling broken,mosquitos,machines looks very old,strecher and wheel chair all rusted,the area where blood sample is not properly equipped and no proper sterlization and storage of sample.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people they are. Very poor management. Actually they dont have any management. There is a employee name Abhishek, totally cheater. They will ask you minimum 100rs for advance for booking but actually they don't do any booking. More over they will keeping telling lie. Not recommended at all.

First review was negative, but management took steps to resolve misunderstanding.
This now am writing after conversation with management. He was too good in handling queries and made me convince and provided resolution.
Overall Good experience.
Neat and clean building.
Nice ambience.
