Almost never had any major complaints from the folks in terms of delivery, except once when my recurring milk order got sold out... Basically not delivered. Hoping this is a one off anomaly.
Don't think they have a Support team. Probably a person who takes care of all support related issues.
A couple of years back I used to get a phone call from them when I raise an issue on the App.
But lately, the support has frustrated me to the core.
Its getting worse as time passes.
The App does not list Phone number of Contact. The website has a phone number but it does not get picked up.
My current issue of non delivery of Ghee is still not resolved after 4 days.
Dealing with support or any non delivery will frustrate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folks 5 phone calls ,1 email and 2 whatsApp message still remain unanswered..??? Unless you people respond you can't add new customers .
If your present demand is exceeding your supply quantity; that''s good . It will take time to increase production understandable. However a response will help in keeping your 'response' score high at least ;this should be easy to do right ??
