★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response to customers.. Dear frds Don't book parcels in this company, if you have one than 10 things( parcel boxes) they will carry it twice they don't send it at a time, waste of door delivery charges we have only pick up the parcel from their hub..

Story to store there r different delivery charges, and they don't respect customers especially CV RAMAN NAGAR OFFICE... Plz don't book in this place and they don't have minimum comman sense how to speak to customers... And don't see 5star ratings I think they have put it by them self's...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless staff, other VRL branch peoples are so better they will be so kind and helpful. But these unit will never respond for your calls.
Some telugu and Tamil guy will be sitting there and they are not quick enough to book the consignment.
And if you talk in kannada they won't care much.
