★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't handle cargo with care. Understaffed. Always take time to find your goods when going to pick up. Small godown so it's difficult for staff to keep much goods stored. Recommended to pick up your goods as soon as they arrive, else there are more chances of damage as material is not put in order and continously shifted here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faraway from main city, staff working in VRL are rude,they shifted their office too, but not put any sign board or banner indicating the address of new office, take more time to deliver the goods.... inefficient compare to gati , FedEx and other logistics..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to reach their facility. It is being operated inside Excel transport co. and sign board is available to guide you. Your goods or parcel will lie there for weeks and they won't contact you. There is a probability of 40% that your goods is damaged in transit. It is located in remote location about 20 km from main city. Most probably you have pickup your goods because they charge huge money for local delivery. It is better to call and confirm the location before you start hunt for this place. Best of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't receive Message, Then how can we know about parcel Status, Everytime We Need to call them and know status, very irritating. Even waiting charges also. Staff Behavior So Rude. We Have To Wait Long Time To Get our Parcel, Irresponsible Staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are working with VRL from Last 4-5 years, But every single time we have faced breakage issues. Proper packing, Fragile Warning and Wooden Box packing we have tried every possible way to keep our material safe but their poor handling and unskilled labour made us bear the loss of 50-60k in these year. Not satified. We would recoommend not to use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We generally buy rice from Hyderabad and use Navata to transport. Navata do not have service from Hyderabad to Bhopal. However one of my friends suggested VRL and thank god VRL is serving in these two locations. VRL Bhopal is located in transportnagar which is more than 12 km from core of the city. Finding VRL is difficult as it has two offices placed in the same area . One is left side of the highway and the other one is on the right side of the highway. Visit the one which is opposite to capital hotel. Type capital hotel and search on google maps and reach the vrl office. They charge 30/- as service charge and 10/- for handling charges.
