★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, you are big now.. but, don't forget that you are so bcz of us who use you.. you've no control on your staff and labour, they're rude, try to loot in the name of Loading fee and your staff do nothing but only inspire n promote this unethical practice.. can you believe your Guard sits at gate and doesn't budge, customer has to go to him leaving his parcel wherever as if he were a super officer.. arrogance of big-hood spread to every soul..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with collection of parcel. Parcel came safe from Hyderabad. Went to collect it. The person charged 50(miscellaneous) and 10(hamali) total 60 rupees over what was already paid. Then he just pointed me to where my parcel was kept. He refused to carry it to the vehicle , when I asked why he collected the extra money he said it is for loading and unloading on the way. Totally disappointed with the behaviour of the staff . Very rude and said pay more and I'll keep the parcel.in your car or else carry it yourself.
The parcel came safe but the experience of collecting the parcel from the office was bad.
