★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still i didn't get my parcel..they kept somewhere else. They dont even received calls. I searching my parcel last 4 days i still didn't get the parcel.they told me to come on Monday. They will search the parcel in down where they kept..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of staff , collect hamali charges but never help. Single star is also more. There are more than 5 godowns of VRL at kalasipalyam. No one at godowns shows office for payment. We had to visit each godown and ask for where payment to be made. There after again it is highly difficult for getting goods as neither staff tells to visit godown nor they have marked at bill/ godown as particular godown.
Getting goods at kalasipalyam is very toxic experience. The staff working here are very corrupted though they charge hamali charge but again we had to give mamul to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One off the worst Serice done by this VRL Transport people . they wont receive phone call , dey take hours for lunch break dey make us to wait for hours just check one LR Number . NO Polite with the coustmers . wrost empolyes
