★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For one rubber stamp of my company they made me wait for three hours. Than finally they gave me my consignment after taking a copy of my aadhar card and value of the consignment was just Rs 1500/- they could have easily asked for the copy of my aadhar card and given my parcel very unprofessional behavior
Very disappointed never have I come across such behavior worst than any government department.
Never again will I ever deal with VRL LOGISTICS in future

Staffs are unfriendly and pretend that we don't need customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRL staff's is like MLA and MPS Sitting infront of you ? I have supplier's from Chennai and no other options for booking to Maharashtra. I don't know why they aren't changing their attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit unclean and hectic ... But the Staff is very helpful... Do carry your Id proofs and stamp when u go to collect any parcel from there. Of them Mr Omprakash (staff of VRL) is very helpful.
