First of all these sick fellows have given only one landline number for entire state or enquiry, and that phone is always busy.
People need to teach them a lesson by not using their services, only they they will learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRL yalhanka very bed service, i shown original copy, but not accept, I ask so many time email id, because I can mail what they need but they not ready to talk very bed behaviour, 3 time I vist there, and wait for my goods, 6days aging from Delhi to courier LR another copy

They shall provide digitalis on recipient document verification helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attitude is similar to that of Government officials. Always lengthy queue at billing in yelahanka office. My Parcels got damaged. Staff gave me advice on packaging. The same packing had not even got damaged once in last 5 years of my business with other logistics. I am planning to avoid vrl completely for any form of travel or logistics.
