★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST SERVICE OF TRANSPORTATION FROM BY VRL FROM MUMBAI TO BELGAUM AND SELAM. THE BOXES ARE FULLY DAMAGED. WHILE ASKING TO VRL BRANCH OFFICE MANAGER REGARDING DAMAGE , HE SUGGESTED ME , DONT DO BOOKING BY VRL WE DONT TAKE ANY AWERNESS OF HANDLING THE GOODS WHILE TRANSPORTING.

The packing staff did a good job but the guys at booking gave me an initial estimate of 15k for sending my bike from Thane to Amritsar, then revised it to 25k on hearing the name of the bike (HD).
Very poor business etiquette.
