It is clearly mentioned in the bill that Hammali is paid, still to take out my parcel which is mere 9kg 400grams, I have to pay ₹20 hammali again in cash.
I am surprised, How such an unprofessional company is running??

no rules and regulations.
staff is interested to earn more and more money from their clients.
dont book any material from this transport.
