★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time department and right time arrival was the best thing, staff was good, wasn't any need to interact with them much, 3-4 stoppages were taken. The bed ➕ other add-ons were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to Aurangabad to Nagpur, 3 times I had really bad experience of VRL buses,
1. Last time bus cancelled (I think 8th March)
2. 11th July 19, Bus no MH09EM6986, reporting time was 11:05 & bus came on 12:25.
3. 12th July 19, Not got any notification of bus whole day, Travel time was 8:45 pm, got message on 8:01 pm that bus has delayed by 1 Hr, after some time got another message Due to technical issue bus has been cancelled & arranged semi sleeper MH04G8818. Finally bus came on 10:05 pm. I when reached to Aurangabad bus coordinator or driver didn't call, when I woke up bus was 30 km away from Aurangabad.
really hectic journey it was.
VRL will be my last preference.
I've email it to VRL but not even get any reply, I think they r nt serious.

I travelled from Kolhapur to Nagpur which took 18hours.
In the Journey, one of the travellers got Emergency (pain in his Chest) staff took care of him and called their family as well as waited for the family to come and took him to hospital.
Service is so Good.
Peaceful Journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wifi, they advertise bunch of amenities at the time of booking but none of them are true. Nagpur to Latur arrival time was 1am but we reached at 3am, nothing wrong in that but they should advertise it on facts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am travelling with Vrl travels for seven years now. Earlier Vrl used to be absolutely 5 star. But now from last few years the experience has gone down. The ride on the buses is poor now because of their age. Their is always annoying vibration and the ride has also gone bumpy nowadays. And this stands for all the buses on Nagpur-Pune route. I have travelled in all the buses on this route. And I am a loyal VRL customer. I have taken more than 100 travels with them. I wish VRL up their service again because their are few new travels coming which can be a real treat to the more established brand like VRL. So they must work to get back at top. Vrl buses are often late to arrive at destination on the contrast earlier they used to reach before time.
