★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night am supposed to travel Bangalore to Vijayawada in VRL travels .
I was travelling with my pregnant wife , we reached boarding point at 8:30 PM my bus should reach the pickup point by 9PM , we are trying to call them multiple times bus people was very rude and they are saying we will come please wait.
After that they switched off the mobile no contact for us , no emergency help from VRL as well , tried to reach out VRL customer care it was useless.
at 10:30 we are waiting in the road side where no place to sit as well , i tried to call VRL in very rude they are saying my tickets are not booked in my name and they are saying some other people are already travelling.
Now Please tell me is your team didnt book my tickets or those are fake tickets which i took print out or its cheap VRL played game ?
Apart all those night 11:00PM i was standing with my pregnant wife , what if any issue happened you team support also not there and next day we have doctor appointment as well in Guntur how we need to travel ?
