And also your buses inside not good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus delayed. Poor AC system.
I had my journey from Nagpur to Pune
The bus i boarded didn't have a proper AC system. 2 hours after begining the journey, the bus driver and conducter tried resolving the AC but to no benefit. We had to change into a different bus altogether.
All this caused delay in our arrival by 3 hours, wasting our connecting train reservations.
Although the first bus staff was really helpful but they couldn't do much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst travel company...My best friend was just saved from the jaws of death while travelling to Pune from Nagpur...Never take this highly paid bus..
It was due short circuit and it is very common for VRL but they never take it seriously..Even they refused to compensate for losses...She really had an experience of The burning bus...

Bus Came 1 hr late at pickup point Wageshwar Parking , upon reaching to Aurangabad we need to change bus due to some fault
Again while reaching Nagpur this bus also failed and we need to change again. Bus reached the destination 3 hrs delay ..
Management is very poor .. I had to travel beacouse of a medical appointment scheduled which i had to reschedule to later day ..

I booked vrl pune to nagpur ticket. Dropping time was 9am but travels reached destination at 2pm. The travel had taken 3 stops in between the journey which were nearly 1hr/per stop (3hrs wasted)
Dont travel through any vrl bus. Time management is pathetic. Quality of bus is also not good.
For Cancellation of ticket you have to visit the nearesr office.They dont provide any online cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from lot many time for Pune Nagpur Bus. Staff behavior was really not good. They are misbehaving with passengers. They alsoengage with their headfone when you were talking with them. Bus riding was really worst. Also bus take 2 hour more to reach destination. VRL need to improve quality otherwise someone will takeover you.
