★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with good surroundings in the developing area of Vastral. If you are looking for an option to buy an apartment in developing area of Vastral than your search might end here. A good high rise residential apartment with some commercial shops in front and having attractive entrance and ample amount of Children Play area. Even though T.P. Road is yet to get develop.But in near future it might get good demand. Attractive Entrance gate can also be taken into consideration. Just 2 minutes away from Ring Road and 5 minutes away from Vastral metro station and vastral cross road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice structure, interior is good, nice use of space. Two lifts are available but only one is in working condition, lifts is also tiny. The capacity is 04 persons but this is very good for two persons, one more person adjusted.
Outside of the building roads are yet not ready, the building work is in full fledge.
