★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every service provider will give atleast 90% of the promised speed but here they are giving only 60% from the promised speed..
I paid 600 for 30mbps speed but iam getting only 16-18mbps speed all the time.
I repeatedly requested them to check the problem but no one responded and checked the fault ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think this is the best network in terms of broadband speed.
I have opted for a 30MBPS plan. I hardly see the speed up to 9MBPS. I never see more than 9MBPS.
Evening times in the peak hours I receive less than 1MBPS. I think they need to improve in terms of speed.
If the plan is 30MBPS at least they should provide 20mbps to 25 mbps.
Advantages:
Awesome service by team in case of network down, Provide users with the breakdown notification ahead and make the fix with in time they informed

2. Always keeps disconnecting
3. The service provider hardly attends calls/messages and his assistant is super RUDE to customers!!
4. They install grandfather aged sytems and devices and charge customer if they stop working and pretend that they are brand new -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer reception ever..! I wish I could give letters than half a star. Been trying to get an internet connection for almost 2 months.. but absolutely no response from the owner. Had to call at least once a day for him to finally pick up my call just to hear him say he is busy and will respond later that day. And the call came almost after a week. It took them almost 3 weeks just to give an estimate for installation. After confirming the estimate price, it took them 2 more weeks to respond to the text. After finally deciding the date to get the connection, there was no response from the owner. Not even a courtesy call...! Thankfully I escaped their ill treatment by not getting a connection. I was just wondering... if their reception is so bad even before getting the connection, I can't even imagine how much worse it'll get after they provide the connection. Pure negligence towards spreading their services. Just can't imagine them having 4 stars. Just terrible...!

Superb connectivity.
Minimal charges.
Good service.
Immediate response on resolving the issues.
They will immediately react and fix the issue asap and will inform us the status.
