★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust these builders.. They are not builders but a bunch of jokers. They are good for nothing. Not knowledgeable and fraudsters to the core. I signed a joint venture with them 3 1/2 yrs back and they havent handed over the building yet. No Cauvery water access till now , no lift, no UPS connection, substandard work with leakages and blunders all over the place. I have been chasing them day and night to get work done but all in vain.
A word of caution to all of you not to deal with these fraudsters for anything. Most useless bunch of individuals that i have ever come across.
