★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have booked a home here only for the beautiful forest view. Has to be one of the better projects designed by a renowned architect. Is definitely not loaded with amenities apart from the basic necessities which was a pre-requisite in my search for a home since I wasn't interested in paying for stuff I'm never going to find time to use. Location is right opposite VIBGYOR School and Dorabjee Heritage Mall. This location has immense potential to be one of the poshest localities in Pune, what with projects such as Voyage to the Stars within stone's throw distance and reputed malls and hyper-stores within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is good but the services! Don't even ask. The CRM is really bad at their job. A celebrity, never picks up the calls, rude !! And in the end you have to pay the penalty ? Why to even bother keeping a Customer Relationship Manager. First and last VTP property that too I'm still thinking if they deserve my money. VTP doesn't know whom they should appoint.

Project got delayed due to pandemiic and apathy from builders towards this particular project.
Otherwise excellent quality of work and overall plan and location of project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good property with a wrong construction company. Customer harassment is the only thing VTP is good at. Never fulfill commitments. A really rude and unprofessional CRM. You will cry for buying from VTP. There are better properties with very good services who are actually professionals. Never buy a VTP property. I'm so fed up that I'm going to press charges on them, if you want to face such stress and harassment, definitely go for a VTP property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VTP group is a cheat. They are mental harrasment to their customers. Kindly do not buy your dream home from them. The entire builder group right from the owner to the bottom most person are so pathetic that words are less to describe and one cannot go to such below level to describe them. They are terrible.

VTP has lost it's reputation and quality with delays, lack of customer service and no compensation.
Sales team ignores after sales and CRM team is pathetic and unprofessional.
