★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One should visit for religious purpose, there is so many things to learn from this place, it's history nd fact about the king of 'Raj Bari' nd specially "Maa Durga's temple". The time that i use to visit there is earlier in the morning, which gives me peace that one can find there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhukailash Shiva mandir is an age old mandir with two huge Shiva linga. This was build by the king who ruled this area.
It's said there is a pond where in old ancient times if any family had a wedding or any celebration they would write a note of the list of items they need and drop it in the pond and all the utensils would start floating on the pond the next day.
The queen used to worship the Shiva linga and there is a opening in the mandir from she collected the water to pour it on the linga. The vent is now closed.
The whole area was rules by the then hindu ruler and was quite prosperous.
At the main gate you can see a huge Basaha Bail. It's located in babubazar one can reach the place by dropping at babubazar bus stop and then walk down or take the car inside too till the main gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away in a corner of the Ekbalpur neighborhood close to Bhukailash Road is this huge compound wherein on one side stands two Shiv temples, believed to be several centuries old bordered by a well maintained water body and on the other side are the remnants of the Bhukailash Rajbari [royal palace] which reminds us of a bygone era.
Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very pretty temple and very old too. It was once a part of an old palace, and you can see some ruins of it like old pillars and all. There's a big lake and road around it to walk on. The accessibility to the temple is a bit bad and the surroundings too. The environment and the crowd inside isn't too good. You can really enter the temple. I don't know if its because of the covid situation but overall the attitude of the people crowding the temple didn't really seem bothered about covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful shiv temples by Raja Jaynarayan Ghoshal, the rajbari was also good, the lake along with temple is known as shivganga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful gem of a place, tucked deep inside Kidderpore. Difficult to access but once inside it's a nice place to sit around for a while especially early morning. Surrounding areas need to be cleaned and perhaps a board on site explaining it's history would help.
