★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unethical and uncooperative ... I bought kurti's in July '19 and they charged me twice on my card, saying that the first transaction had failed. When I later reported 2 transactions, they refused to refund and asked me to contact bank for refund. The bank closed the complaint saying there were 2 valid transactions. To conclude I have ended up paying twice the amount for my purchase.
