★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enquired for my 5 year old daughters registration for the swimming course(26 apr) and I was told that we have taken your registration and you can come and pay the fees as well as the form on 30th april Saturday. I had also confirmed that you wont give the seat to someone else and they assured me that not to worry on that.
My wife did visit the club to make the payment as well as submit the form on 29th itself and the receptionist told that your name was registered by the morning staff. So better meet them to on next day itself. When we came on saturday , we were informed that the 5 remaining seats have been alloted to someone else and we are sorry we cant enroll her for the swimming course. Its really disappointing to have such an esteemed club to have such glitches in the registration process. I would request to improvise on this process as once a small kid knows abt it, they go sad.
