★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great builder to trust your money with. Avoid buying their flats to the extent possible. As a first time home owner have been privy to their extreme un professionalism. The company DNA is not good. In my experience although I got my property delivered on time my experience with the customer relationship team throughout the life cycle of the construction of the project to handing over to the society (which is expected in some months) has been pathetic. Never am I buying a property from Wadhwa nor recommending to my friends or family. It is as good as investing in headache.
