★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best housing apartment I've seen. Good for family. You can get rooms here from 2bhk to 5bhk. Various facilities like swimming pool, gym, skating ring, meditation halls, recreation hall are available at effective prices. Also R City Mall is Just in front of the apartment.

Cheap crowd reside in this place. They asks the rickshaw driver to stay till they comeback with cash and then never appears again. That’s why they live in such a Address, money thuggery’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury apartments with excellent facilities. There is a wide variety of configurations to choose ranging from duplex and 4 BHK to 1 BHK.
The buildings are Boulevard (4 buildings), Vista (3 buildings), Panorama (1 building) and the newest Promenade (4 buildings).
There is a gym, swimming pools, artificial turf sports arena and completely covered parking spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good property, visited a friend's place there who has a 2.5 bhk there. The flat is very spacious, bigger rooms than normal Mumbai properties. The best part of the flat is the deck - it's pretty big and adds a beautiful vibes to the entire place. The only drawback is the noise of trains, as the station is pretty close by.
There is ample visitor parking but the parking area in the basement is all isolated, not very well lit and there is absolutely no one, not even a single soul to guide you.
Overall, a good property.

There are open green spaces for people to sit comfortably and with jungle gyms for children to play, badminton court, swimming pools, a club house with games and table tennis court, Basketball court and other amenities for playing. There is also a hall where people can host events.
