Main important thing that I found is @66 million year old volcanic caves at the hill top, totally undiscovered .. unknown by people in Hinjewadi .. even though they are so close to them !!
Beautiful spot for Sunday morning trek, you can reach to the top in half an hour. Get beautiful views of Kasarsai dam backwaters.
If you wish you can do this as night trek too. and camp on nearby sites like RainBow Island.
Suggest to visit at least once if you are from Pune.
