★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought king size mattress about 9 months back and have been using it since then. Its a great go in regards to comfort and product delivery. I highly recommend purchasing the waterproof cover, if you have kids, as well for further smooth nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wakefit is a great homegrown brand offering superior quality mattresses at reasonable prices. I didn't get a chance to visit their store as their online service was really good- prompt and helpful. I was able to order a custom made mattress just right for my bed size from the comfort of my home. I don't see why anyone would now pay hefty prices for sleepwell and other brands when they can get wakefit mattresses which are as good for a fraction of the price. I'm very impressed with the product quality, service and price.

I ordered queen size mattress on 22nd of Dec and delivery showed 29th of Dec but when there is no tracking available after waiting 29 Dec so I decided to call CC but they said due to some issue my order will be deliver upto 3rd Jan. In first complaint got no email followup from the company. 31 Dec I called CC, now they send me delay mail but no expected date mentioned. Personally I don't feel good customer handling and no proper issue redressing procedure. Simply put Unprofessional service by (company till now. Now wondering how their product will be.
Updated Review after 10 days : Product quality is good till now will update a review after 6 or 8 month usage hence product is bought keeping a long term use purpose. It will be early to review the product quality with 5 Star.
