★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once agreement is signed, you are at their mercy. No architect involved neither do they allow you to hire one. Sub-standard plaster covered up with POP work. No proper Dpc hence seepage has destroyed all walls. Cracks in structure. Request for more info here.
