Customer sentiments are not understood.
Service is bad, I went there for 2nd product within couple of week, forgiving first experience was one time mistake from their end. Made an error to choose to help a shop nearby rather than going for other option
My diwali purchase will not be from this shop.. promises are not fulfilled
