★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the hotel does have character however this does come at a cost. I found the locks on my room which was on the ground floor to be old and dated (although it is in an affluent area it quite close to the tube station)
Also upon checking my room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly (picture attached) and the decor is dated.
Also it was extremely hit in the bedroom at night, they do provide fans but they're cheap and noisey.
Personally I do think you can find a more comfortable hotel in the area for the same budget.
