They are not professional..
They don't bother customer feedback , I recently purchased bed from them ,they used lower quality items compare to the one I selected and paid for.. also very bad experience of delivery...
It's better if u get the deal done and get delivered tu he selected item in front of you..
Their Rates negotiable 20 - 25%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!!! Bought 2 double bed from Firoz and he was barely interested in listening to the complaints once he got his pocket filled. Zero manners to treat customers after purchase. Both beds got infected within a month because this FCKR used very low quality boards. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUD SELLER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience!!! Bought 2 double beds from a nut Firoz frm walnut furnishing gallery and was became victim of a fraud. Both beds delivered was made of cheap particle board not frm plywood board nor wood and got infected by some kind of termites within a months. As I have not bought mattress and not taken his transportation (where he was taking commission and charging me double amount than actual) so he became arrogant. However no offence as it just some furniture.
You create your own fate by your actions, that's Karma.
Never BUY anything from this fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture ever brought. It was very cheap quality and not upto the mark. There were nails at bottom of the sofa and setty. When informed the owner Feroz he didn't send anyone to mend it. Finally I had to get it fixed by local carpenter.
I brought sofa, dining etc. 2years back now the polish is coming out and seats material is tearing.
PLEASEE DO NOT BUY ANY THING.
