I confirmed with Mr. Kaushal about the return policy of one of their products and i was assured that the product is returnable after deducting courier and fitting charges. But after getting hands on the money, Mr. Siddhartha and Mr.Kaushal just plainly refused and putting blame on each other. I will sue them in court.
