★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling disappointed with the behavior and services of counter salesman and woman who were on gold front entry counter, today dealing with 2 customers at a time, we had choiced for an gold pedenant, but intentionally and deliberately the choiced ornament was given to another lady in front of us which we though had requested numerous time was not at all listened by the counter persons. I was a regular customer hence still requested them for arranging another same piece , they refused. This is not the way of dealing with customer, and giving our choices item to another person, would suggest never to step here ever again in this shop. This is insulting to a customer, front shutter was closed we r given entry from back door by the staff, without following the ongoing covid 19 norms.

All staff is very polite and always helpful to all customers. They give each and every information about product in very easy language. That's why I give five points out of 5.

Even when we purchased gold from them in the past.. they will charge excessive making charges..
If you opt for to encase the gold jwellery.. they will offer throwaway rates.
