★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard too much of name, the lady staff showing me the variety was good but the manager who removed valuation of old exchange gold was good. Also I ended up paying close to 50 to 60 k more as value of my old gold was given too less even it was hall mark and they did not consider any discount on making changes.morever hv bought so expensive product at the time of diwali where other small shops also give some gifts and these ppl don't have any gift policy even for their regular customer..I won't ho to waman hari no matter how much good design or variety they have ...too bad experience in terms of value for money.

Was behaving as if WHP is selling gold for free to their customers. Tiring payment system, cold stares and hardly any choice with the pieces. Would never suggest and visit WHP Borivli..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude and arrogant Lady Floor Manager who behaves as if she is doing a great favour by allowing customers to enter the shop.
Kindly teach her some manners if you want people to come back again for shopping.
Billing process is very tiring and frustrating.
Overall experience and impression was very bitter and I don’t wish to visit this WHP outlet EVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give tokens for the counter of whichever type of jewelry we are looking for. This makes the waiting time longer. Waiting time is nearly 1hr. They do not show much variety.
Billing counter is outside the shop where we need to wait again for getting the bill and taking the jewelry.
