β β β β β If you intend to gain any proper info which only kshetriya karyalay can provide, the phone attendees (representatives) when you call on the given number and they dont even properly talk, gives incomplete info and cut the phone. Just wondering how are they being hired on higher salary.... superiors should take action on it.

β β β β β When telephonic enquiry was made no information on working procedure was informed. When visited people in queue informed that even to activate a Aadhaar# one has to obtain a form ONLY on TUESDAY at 10am, obtain token and visit when asked! Why were Aadhaar cards issued in the first place years ago? Why is there no information provided when telephonic call is made? Sometimes this can save time. Officer in charge was very curt.

β β β β β Process to get death certificate
1. go to the warje ward office second floor, to the birth / death section
2. get the blue form , fill in details of the deceased , attach your aadhaar card xerox along with the "Mrityu varta" or crematorium pass, mention your mobile number at the bottom
maximum 6 copies are allowed per application
3. take the token and wait for your turn
points to remember
- Make sure your go early, office opens at 10 am and only 35-38 tokens issued daily if you go in late your token might never be called
- certificate only issued to blood relatives , if you want to get death certificate for distant relatives you would need a letter signed by either spouse, siblings , children , parent of the deceased that the certificate can be issued to you
- this office only issues certificates for any changes in date / name etc. visit kasba peth office
- the people are helpful but are very busy , i had to go to this office 2 time spend 3 hours each time and finally was redirected to bavdhan office .. the process can be streamlined / automated

β β β β β Not a good service , very lazy Government staff. I had applied for Birth certificate in June & they has not issued yet. Whenever we asked they give autonomous reply due to covid staff is less. I believe all staff should be getting salary irrespective of Covid. All the time they ask If you need it urgently then visit Kasaba Peth office. If people have to visit other offices then why the hell they have started office in Karvenagar Warje ?
Very Pathetic service & If Government is not capable to provide services in time better they should give this to private company to operate.
Is there any provision to give them 0 star ?

β β β β β They do everything to help citizens. It would be good if instructions can be compiled and published (website or leaflets at office), in order to help citizens even better.

β β β β β Government officials are lazy and not punctual.
But we went through agent so whole process was smooth and only took half n hr. However we need to pay little extra and get the job done within 3-4 days instead of waiting for 30-40 days.
We visited here to get our marriage certificate.
Whole process took half n hr but registrar was absent so we had to wait for a day to get out marriage certificate.
Parking space is available and a small snack outlet is also there.

β β β β β Government Officers are appointed to serve citizens and not shout at them.
Birth/Death Certificate "MADAM" will fill forms of her relatives by herself so that they can get it as soon as possible but if i am requesting her to provide modified birth certificate of my son she is shouting at me and giving a lecture on rules. Such a hypocrite person also you are not at your home to shout at citizen. Worst experience !!
